RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Responsible for reviewing and monitoring the job distribution and job responsible of all Q/I
supervisor /Controller.
2. Responsible for reviewing the manpower for finding the optimum label performance and
efficiency under a proper discipline .
3. To attain Pre-Production Meeting.
4. To ensure fabrics inspection according to international standards .
5. To confirm accessories inspection (binding, cuff, collar And neck rib)
6. To Confirm bulk fabrics as per approval fabrics swatch.
7. To ensure layer inspection during laying & spreading (responsible for person wise)
8. To ensure the quality standard of all process of fabrics inspection as per apex holding quality
standards /Buyer`s inspection .
9. To discuss with ,merchandiser ,cutting in charge . floor incharge, (sewing section ) & own
departmental head if too many row material faults are found and take necessary arrangement
to solve any problem.
