Day 1
4 cups of rice, 2 pieces egg, 2 pieces burger patties, 2 pieces fried mackerel, 1 banana and 1 bowl ginisang munggo.
5 cups of rice, 3 pieces siomai, 3 pieces canned tuna pancake, 1 bowl sinigang, 2 pieces fried chicken and 1 apple.
Yes, my mother was a big part of why I was able to completing eating fruits and
veggies throughout the 4 day food log. She's always encouraging for us to eat more fruits and
veggies in our meals. I am also disciplining myself to eat healthily.
