• Part: 1-3
1) As Salamu Alaikum everyone. We are group E from class 9 sec B. Today we are presenting you
our group report on history and social science.
2) Our subject of investigation is about how the social and natural elements influenced the
historical and cultural context in our area.
3) After collecting the data from various sources we rested our investigation on the conclusion that
the social and natural changes in our area were severe. Some of the people we interviewed
shared their thoughts and opinions about these changes. Some talked about how good these
changes were while others thought they were not as beneficial. We understood that people had
different opinions about these changes and how they influenced our history and culture.
• Part: 4-6
1) At first we will talk about social resources. When we asked about the Social resources to
the people we interviewed they talked about mobile phones and how they improved our
communication system in our area. Some people spoke harshly about it while others
shared their opinion on how it has developed our area. We compiled and analyzed these
data along with some from the internet and came to the conclusion that most of these
changes were more positive than negative.
2) Here we have presented some of the methods by which people communicated with
each other in the past. We can see people used letters and old telephones to send
information to others. They would sometimes send pigeons to others with their letters
attached with it.
3) But now, we can see that people nowadays use mobile phones mainly to communicate
with each other. It is used mainly to send messages, photos and videos to people far
away.

Part: 7-8

1) After we conducted interviews on the people of the area about mobile phones, we
analyzed the data and converted it into a pie chart. We can see that 45% of the
people we interviewed had mixed opinion while 35% of them were positive and only
20% were negative.
2) We have provided some of the people’s approach that we had collected during our
investigation. Here, it says:

Part: 9-10
1) We have collected some data from the internet and we found that after 2019
the number of hours spent on mobile phones increased by an entire 39%. We
also found that a person uses their phone on average 58 times a day. Also
most of the sessions in mobile phones last 2 minutes while some lasts for
more than 10 minutes.
2) We can also see students mostly use their mobile phone to text their friends
and family.
• Part: 11-13
1) When we asked people about the forests in our area and how it changed it, in response
we received many positive opinions as well as some negative opinions. But some people
also had mixed opinions.
2) Here, we can see that there were less forests in our area and the area was mostly filled
with hills.
3) But now we can see that much developed than it used be. We can also see that there
are more buildings in our area as our hills were flatten and more lands were made.
• Part: 14-15
1) We made a graph to show the statistic of the responses given by the people. We can see that
mostly everyone talked positive about it while some of them negatively about the topic. But
some also expressed mixed opinions.
2) Here, we have again given some of the people’s opinions that we collected during our
investigation. They said:
(Read the slide)

• Part: 16-17
1) We can see that deforestation mostly occurs in hilly areas. We can also see that
Bangladesh is densely populated with humans and because of it forests are being cut
down to meet their demands.
2) We also found that forests in Bangladesh host different types of animals as listed here.
They also shelters some animals that may endanger human life.
• Part: 18-22
1) We came to the conclusion that there are both good and bad changes from the above
discussed topics. The good effects benefit our area but at the same time harm it equally. But
we should not omit these resources just because they have bad effects in our area. Instead
of omitting them, we should try to solve these bad effects so that we can develop our area
even more.
2) Now in the results, we also put some major findings from the investigation. We can see that,
because of mobile phones our communication has improved significantly. On the other
hand, due to the increase rate of population, forests are being cut down in our area to make
land for housing.
3) We came to the conclusion that there are many bad effects on the element we decided to
write on. But they are not permanent. If we can implement various social activities in our
area to eradicate them, our society will develop even more.
4) These are the questions we wrote for the report.
5) Now we would like to ask everyone here a couple of questions to you which are given in the
screen. (Ask the 2 questions) and feel free to ask us some questions
