Please note that the following essentials must be met by all applicants submitting their
applications for visa.

1. Passport, valid at least 3 months beyond the intended duration of stay in Schengen territory,
and containing at least two blank pages to affix the visa.

2. One completed application form refer http://www.vfsglobal.com/malta/india/visa-types.html

3. One recent passport photograph. The photograph must be in color on a light background,
taken face on and close up, size 3.5 x 4.5 cm. (size of head 32-36 mm from the bottom of the
chin to the top of the head). You must be facing the camera directly.
