 Guidelines for Paper Presenters
Students pursuing Practical Training/Industrial Training are only allowed to contribute papers
for presentation & those who have not yet started their Articleship or who have completed their
Articleship, are not eligible to participte as Paper Presenter.
Paper presenters will have to select a topic from the technical sessions and are required to
submit a Word document/PDF File of 1500-2000 words by 10th December, 2023 (11.59 pm)
along with a 2-3 minute video introducing themselves, & speaking on the topic they have
selected. The video can also be shared in the form of a google drive link.
Each paper presenter is required to submit the declaration form stating they have not
submitted paper in more than Two CA Students’ Conference (which includes State, Mega &
National Conference) during the FY 2023-24 along with the submission of paper on
thanewicasa2020@gmail.com.
The soft copy of the paper must include the presenter’s name, date of birth, student registration
number, current course level in the CA program, complete postal address, latest passport size
photograph, contact number & e-mail ID.
Each paper presenter will be allocated 10 minutes for their presentation.
Only those who get selected have to make the PPT.
The results will be communicated via E-mail.
Registration for Mega Conference is mandatory for presenting papers.
