ART GALLERY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
• The Art Gallery consists of two user sections: Customer & Admin
• Customer Section:
Customer sees the website of the Art Gallery website & sees which art product the user takes to
enquiry.
Art products may be of paintings, sculptures, prints, etc.
Customer clicks a product (for eg. painting) & the details of the product shows.
If the user likes it, the user clicks “ENQUIRY”, thus, it gives a form & the Customer fill the details
(name, email, mobile no., message) & clicks “SEND”.
The host gives an alert, such that the enquiry is sent & giving a reference number.
• Admin Section:
If the user is an admin, the admin needs to login via username & password.
Admin dashboard occurs, showing how many artists, how much enquiry is answered or not, how
many art types, art mediums, & products are present in the website.
Admin get a notification of which the customer sent an enquiry about the product. This leads to
view Enquiry page, where the admin updates the details (add remarks & update the detail is also
can be done).
The details are updated, where the admin is answered the customer enquiry.
Admin can able to
add or manage the art medium, products, types.
check & edit About & Contact details
check whether the enquiry is answered or unanswered &
edit the profile details of the admin.
