beneficiaries in the areas of Education, Livelihood and Healthcare. Bukas Palad Foundation has a solid
experience in partnering with individuals and groups to extend to its growing community the concrete

Educational Support for Children and Youth: Implementing educational support programs to ensure that
children and youth have access to quality schooling, resources, and extracurricular activities for holistic
development. Providing comprehensive health services, including routine check-ups, vaccinations, and
health education, to promote a healthy lifestyle and prevent illnesses among children and youth.
Implementing nutritional support initiatives to ensure that children and youth receive balanced and

including counseling and support programs, to address the psychological well-being of children and

Under these services, the RRCY rehabilitation team attends to the basic needs
of the youth like food and clothing as well as referral for medical and dental
care.
The Children in Conflict with the Law (CICL) are also given the
opportunities to engage in income generating activities so that they could
earn and save for the future. Specifically, CICL are provided the following:
Clientele: The target clientele are CICL aged 15 years to below 18 years and not more than
18 years old, male, who have committed an offense and ordered by the court to undergo
rehabilitation at the DSWD facility (RRCY)
CICL who are on suspended sentence may, upon order of the court, undergo any or a combination of
disposition measures appropriate to their rehabilitation and welfare,
NO CHILD SHALL BE ADMITTED IN ANY REHABILITATION FACILITY WITHOUT A VALID ORDER BY THE
COURT AFTER A HEARING FOR THIS PURPOSE. (sec. 45, RA 9344)
