The RRCY provides a home environment and a group living arrangement


with well-balanced, organized and non-formal activities for CICL.

Under these services, the RRCY rehabilitation team attends to the basic needs
of the youth like food and clothing as well as referral for medical and dental
care.

The Children in Conflict with the Law (CICL) are also given the
opportunities to engage in income generating activities so that they could
earn and save for the future. Specifically, CICL are provided the following:

Clientele: The target clientele are CICL aged 15 years to below 18 years and not more than
18 years old, male, who have committed an offense and ordered by the court to undergo
rehabilitation at the DSWD facility (RRCY)

CICL who are on suspended sentence may, upon order of the court, undergo any or a combination of
disposition measures appropriate to their rehabilitation and welfare,

NO CHILD SHALL BE ADMITTED IN ANY REHABILITATION FACILITY WITHOUT A VALID ORDER BY THE
