Please note that Shiv Nadar Institution of Eminence (Shiv Nadar IoE) is a fully residential university for the
students therefore staying in a hostel and use of mess and laundry services from the University's authorized
resident vendor is mandatory for all students.

4. Process for Payment of Fees

The payment transaction to Shiv Nadar IoE must be completed not later than midnight 11:59 PM of 15-
Mar-24

Following are the steps required to pay fees:

Step 1: Please sign up on the Pre-registration application through the following link using your Registered
Email ID https://preregportal.webapps.snu.edu.in/public/

Step 2: Accept the offer of admission

Step 3: Go to the Make Payment tab for the payment of fees.

Online payment (Preferred mode of payment):

Payment can be made directly through Net-Banking/ credit/ debit card/Wallet/UPI etc. using the Easebuzz
and Razorpay options.

Acceptable Proof of time of payment:

The payment receipt generated at the time of online payment bears the transaction number with the date
and time.

5. Commencement of Classes: The University will begin classes tentatively from August 12th, 2024.
Please complete all your registration/admission formalities by following the link
https://preregportal.webapps.snu.edu.in/public/ to attend the classes when they begin.

6. Hostel Arrangements: Hostel beds are allocated on a random basis through software. The incoming batch
of 2024 will be eligible for hostel accommodation on twin sharing basis. Every hostel is self-contained with its
own common room, pantry, and air-conditioned study rooms.

7. Refund Policy: If for some reason you wish to withdraw from the University after paying the fees, our
refund policy is as follows:
The request for withdrawal must be made through the withdrawal link on the Pre-Registration
Application; this link will be available to all applicants until they register at the University. If you withdraw
after joining the University, your withdrawal process will be initiated by the UG Advisor/HoD/Department
concerned through a systematic Online Process. A request sent in any other form will not be valid.
