BLOOD DRIVES HELP TO SAVE LIVES

On August 3rd, St. John Neumann parishioners gave
77 pints of blood, bringing the 12-month total to 321
pints. The Knights of Columbus treated the donors to
cookies, freshly baked by Brother Knight Adrian.
Thanks to all who donated and Brother Knight Art for
heading up the effort.

GIVING EDUCATION A BOOST

Past Grand Knight Mike Chronley awarded
$1,000 scholarships to AJ Sorensen and Marie
Castro at the 2023 Memorial Day picnic.
Each year the fundraisers parishioners support
provide for these scholarships.

A LABOR OF LOVE

The Knights labored hard to bring food, fun and

community good feelings together at the 2023
Labor Day picnic. Hamburgers, hot dogs and
watermelon were in order that day along with
games, music, raffle prizes, conversation among old
and new friends, and a show of charity with $185
donated for Maui wildfire relief.
