course and defines expectations and responsibilities that should be done by teacher and
students.

because it explains about a complete course and all the same for teachers, meanwhile
syllabus explains about one subject and varies from teacher to teacher.

10. My opinion why English curriculum need to be revised based on experienced in SMP
or SMA, the material distribution for each class level was uneven. It is better for the
youngest class focus on material, middle class focus on group project, and the highest
class focus on self-improvement skill.
