APPEAL SUBMISSION TO THE SUPREME COURT OF INDIA UNDER
THE ARTICLE OF 132 OF THE CONSTITUTION OF INDIA
 CERTIFICATE UNDER SECTION 65-B

1. This is to certify that the printout of the tracking report were produced by
my computer which is presently under my lawful custody.

2. That the computer output containing the said printouts were produced by
the computer which was regularly used during that period to store the
electronic data for the activities regularly carried on during the said period
and I had lawful control over the use of said computer.

3. That through out the material part of the said period the computer was
operated properly only by me having lawful control over the use of that
computer and nothing happened so as to affect the said electronic records
or the accuracy of their contents.

4. That the printout of said documents/computer outputs which have been

produced with the help of appropriate and normal equipment required in
normal course to produce them and there is no tempering or error in the
report printed and produced with help of the computer and accounting
package.

5. That the aforesaid is correct to the best of my knowledge and belief.
