The given diagram demonstrates how the lay out of a public library

changed over the course of 20 years.


Overall, the library remained the same size area but has increased in
the number of rooms for facilities. There used to be 3 rooms but now it
has upgrade into 4 rooms. Another noticeable change could be seen
that, some self services equipment have been added.
On the central part of the library, they have cleared out the table to
make the library more spacious and higher accessibility to another
rooms. In the northwest of the library, the CDs, Videos, computer
games section has been replaced with children fictional books together
with story telling event. Across the CDs videos section was the adult
fiction book, now has been reorganized with all references books.
Moreover, the reading room, which used to be located across the CDs
section, has been altered into computer room.
The children book section, on the upper right hand side, has been
modified to the lecture room. The adult non fiction books area, used to
between the children’s books section and enquiry desk, has been
converted into information desk. At the first turn to the right of the
entrance, which used to be enquiry desk, is now a café.
