 A vibrating conveyor is a type of conveyor system
that uses vibrations to transport bulk materials or
objects.
 It consists of a trough or tube that is vibrated to move
the materials along the conveyor.
 A vertical conveyor, also known as a vertical lift or
vertical reciprocating conveyor (VRC), is designed
to move materials or objects vertically between
different levels or floors of a facility.

Types vibrating conveyor
 Natural Frequency Conveyors: These conveyors
use the natural frequency of the conveying trough
to move materials.
 Controlled Conveyors: Controlled vibrating
conveyors use precise control systems to regulate
the conveying motion, making them suitable for
applications where accurate material positioning
and alignment are essential.
 Electromagnetic Conveyors: These conveyors use
electromagnetic drives to generate vibrations.
Types of vertical conveyor
 Continuous Vertical Conveyors: Also known as spiral
conveyors, these systems are designed to transport
materials continuously between different levels,
making them ideal for high-throughput applications.
 Reciprocating Vertical Conveyors: These conveyors
use a reciprocating platform to move materials up or
down between levels, providing a versatile solution
for various material handling needs.
 Bucket Conveyors: Bucket conveyors use buckets or
cups attached to a belt or chain to transport materials
vertically.
