C. Lesson Proper

Persuasive essay is an essay is an essay that is written to convince the reader

of something. It is also known as an argumentative essay. The author needs to take a
stand and argue his/her point. It is not about just presenting facts or a showing both
sides of an argument.
The introduction states the general statement of ideas about the topic you are
to write about. The body gives more details about the topic; it explains and justifies your
stand. The conclusion summarizes the ideas you expressed in the body of your
paragraph. You may end the essay with a general statement to finally convince your
readers to believe in you.

In writing a persuasive essay, you express your opinion clearly and strongly, and
support it to persuade or convince others. You will start with a point of view in the
introduction, and restate it in the conclusion. You can make an outline of the important
information you want to include in your composition.

communicate your message with clarity and ease.

their own locks, which only they have the combination to. This will reduce cases where
things are being stolen.

__________ (4)Correct grammar, punctuation, and spelling are the key elements in
written communications. These, when observed properly, could give a writer a good
impression.

won’t complain about caring everything at once.

_________(6)The good news is that writing is a skill which can be learn like any other.
One trick for checking and improving your work is to read it loudly.

stealing in school would go down, it would create a safe and clean place for students to
put their things, and students would complain less and be healthier.

________(8) Reading your own written outputs makes you to slow down and pick up

Children in Facebook

When a child that young is on a website like Facebook they might get excited and go
overboard. For example, the child might tell where they live, their address, and a lot more
information that is not needed. In conclusion I think parents should not let children under age
get on Facebook because many different things can happen.

Imagine a child as young as ten years old on the website Facebook chatting with a
grown man or grown woman. Should parents let their children as young as ten years old be on
Facebook. I think parents should not let their children or child is on Facebook because on
Facebook there are a lot of things that are said and done that a child of that age should not be
able to see.

If a parent approves of a child being on Facebook it is very inappropriate. Because that

child may tell a story about their age and someone much older may see it and think their
telling the truth and start sending those messages and the child might not like it at all.

G. Closing

“Truthful words are not beautiful; beautiful words are not truthful. Good words are not
persuasive; persuasive words are not good. To be persuasive we must be believable; to
be believable we must be credible; credible we must be truthful. Power is the most
persuasive rhetoric.”
