7. India is full of cultural shocks even for Indians. So be ready to enjoy Indian cultural shocks.
8. Be prepared for good amount of management work too. There will be learning activities like group
discussions, etc. would be taking place everyday in the evening time. The topics will have relevance
in real world.
9. All the interns will be living as a virtual LC. So there is a great chances of development of leadership
among them. Of course they will be more culturally sensitive.
10. The intern will be involved in lots of ER work where they will be raising for improving their stay in
Jaipur and little fundraising for PBOX Synergy and Jaipur LC.
11. There are great chances to organize big professional International conferences and exhibitions target-
ing development and corporate sectors or the public awareness campaign. This highly depends on the
decision made by the interns. In this case, the intern should be ready to spend 3-4 months in total in
India. (Recommended).
12. Our main motive is not to generate money but to create maximum impact to the world through this
PBOX. Each and every intern will be equally responsible for this impact.
