In the world of computers, especially in the era of cloud computing service, the
cloud service providers use the software as service or SaaS as a supply model.
Software as a service helps cloud providers to host an application or software on the
internet or cloud. With SaaS the user or workers gain more benefits. The big tech
giants like Google, Microsoft, Amazon, Oracle and many more companies use
Software as Service in their cloud service protocol (Mene and Kale 2021). Nowadays,
no cloud service providers are available in the market that does not use the software
as a service. There is also a benefit of SaaS that Software as Service is efficient for
both B2B and B2C user bases.
The work of Software as Service in cloud service is as a distribution model. A
company that wants to deploy new software can use their server to host the
application. There is another option available that the company can deal with a
cloud provider (Ara et al. 2020). Most users use web browsers to open SaaS-based
applications.

Infrastructure as a Service is a cloud computing model, that is used by the companies or
individually a person to create or use a virtual cloud-based office infrastructure where the
company saves a lot of maintenance costs required for maintaining the physical machine,
storage, server and other things (Brinda and Heric 2017).

The advantages of Infrastructure as a Service include the following:

- In the Infrastructure as a Service, the company or user can use from one, two, three to a
thousand virtual computers with any operating system they want for their work.

- The company can replace the hard disk or solid-state drive (SSD) with a cloud storage
service.

- The company or users can host their website or application in the cloud server which is
easy to use instead of the complexity to maintain the hand on machines.

Table 4.1 The cost analysis for implementing the new system
For the organisation, IBM cloud will be the suitable one as IBM Cloud service is nothing but a
service where a huge amount of storage, virtual computer with any operating system
required by the user, web hosting server are provided to the user over the internet.

The user can access their machine or storage on the cloud via any browser.

Some cloud providers have their software or application to give their cloud service but most
cloud service providers give their service to their users through a browser (Rashid and
Chaturvedi 2019).

Numerous cloud service providers exist, including Google, Microsoft, Amazon, Oracle, and
IBM.

Several advantages of IBM cloud computing include the following:

- IBM gives their users more management power to build up their cloud computer as the
user needs.

- The companies that are using the IBM cloud service; their maintenance charge is very
low. They are also able to save the delivery time to give service to their user.

- IBM cloud service use IaaS, PaaS and SaaS in their cloud computing protocol. So that,
the users of IBM cloud do not need to worry about the infrastructure management,
software service, and also the hardware and software requirement need to develop an
application.

The cost analysis will be beneficial for CVS. The cost analysis process is used by professionals
to highlight the potential of the project. Each project is created in the public interest or the
public interest. However, projects made for personal gain are usually made to generate
revenue. However, any company or person sets a certain amount of price to create that
project. The project then makes a list of the benefits received from the company and the
cost of the project spent on the rest. The company or project donor then adds up the total
cost of all its costs and benefits together, and the whole process is done after the list is
created. Then the total amount of profit received from the total expenditure is deducted
(Rittinghouse and Ransome 2017). This process helps the company or project donor person
to understand whether they can meet the set price and whether the project will be
profitable in the future. In other words, if a company invests money in a project, the main
purpose of that company will be to multiply the value of the money invested so that it can
be returned in the future. But if this money gets back to double the amount, the company
must go through a cost analysis process. This is because it is a way to protect the company
from future financial losses as well as other losses.

The BPaaS services will also play a major role for the organisation as most organisations go
with the BPaaS because its primary advantage is that it completes the task at a very low cost.

Every IT company requires hardware and software maintenance in which case BPaaS can
provide this maintenance and support service at a very low cost (Diaby and Rad 2017).
Currently, the cost of operating, upgrading, and updating means has been reduced. These
processes are used to inform BPaaS service providers on how to easily manage such
processes.

However, if a user wants to proceed with the help of the BPaaS service, then the user can
cover the entire cost only by paying some advance cost.

Also, another major advantage of this BPaaS method is that it helps to better express the
core business activities.

If a person wants to put his business first and claim to be successful, then this method must
be used to help the user understand whether more resources are being acquired at the
expense of the main activity.

This feeling can be felt only when the user's company is in the fast-growing stage. Many
problems have to be dealt with in a limited amount of time and skills, and the development
of the company is under steady development.

As IBM cloud has been chosen for the organisation for the development of the new system,
IBM cloud will add benefits to their operations as well.

IBM cloud is the secured and open cloud for business with the next generation hybrid
platform, the cloud is also having AI-based capabilities.

IBM cloud services can be chosen as it provides a unique combination of advantages such as
the flexibility of open source technologies, low price along with a global footprint.
