LETTER OF OFFER

Dear Ashish Kumar,

With reference to your application and subsequent interview you had with us, we are pleased to
offer you a position of TSE in our organization. The annual CTC is 1,22,628/-and benefits will be
given to you in details in appointment letter after the successful completion of training which
includes class room training / on job training and versant test with minimum 4-5 Marks

You will be initially posted at Sector - 63, Noida, however location can be changed as per
business need and decision of Adroit's management. Your CIH will be paid after 10 days of
successful training and during the training you will be paid Rs100/ - per day as a stipend.

We would expect you to join as early as possible, but not later than 17th June’23 beyond which
the offer would stand withdrawn, unless a new date is agreed to, by us in writing.

You need to serve 30 days' notice period, in case you want to leave the organization. Your
appointment will be subject to verification of documents and references provided by you.
