    SERVICE BULLETIN

    (10) Make entry in engine log book noting date of compliance, engine operating time, part
    number(s) and serial number(s) of installed component(s) (as applicable) and
    compliance with this service bulletin (and service bulletin revision number if applicable).

    (11) Complete the attached Compliance Certificate form and send to Honeywell.
