THE EXISTING SURROUNDINGS.
TO BE ABLE TO CREATE A RESORT HOTEL THAT WOULD PROMOTE
TOURISM AND THE LOCAL ECONOMY WHILE PROTECTING THE
ENVIRONMENT.

May help boost vacationing tourists and help the resort hotel to offer various recreational activities
Accessibility
It is easier for people to access, and they will not have difficulty traveling or finding the resort hotel.
Topography
If a site is flat, topography will not affect the location and layout of the building.If a site is sloping, the
exact slope can be interpreted from a detailed Contour map. The contour locations and spacing of
contours will play a big role in the setting of the building.
Zoning Ordinance
To see how property in specific geographic zones can be used. To help also regulate lot size, placement,
density, and the height of structures
Invulnerabilities To Natural Hazards( flooding, Site Erosion,Etc.)
To prevent causing future site problems that will cause significant suffering and disruption to tourist.
