With my earnest desire to work in your institution and my passion in

teaching in making new flock of forerunners of education, I am here
applying for ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER II (Human Resource
Management Officer I) or any position in line with my professional
attainment.

I, DEA MAE ESTEBAN FERNANDO, a graduate of Bachelor of Physical

Education-Major in School Physical Education (SPE) from Cotabato State
University. I was a student teacher in Cotabato City National High School
Rojas, and after I graduated, I am looking forward to my career as an
educator. Through my experiences, I have discovered that my forte is
teaching. My intent is to impart my knowledge about Physical Education,
maintain a learning environment focusing on positive reinforcement and
address the individual needs of all my students. The strengths I bring to the
classroom during my internship were creative and innovative ideas,
organized lesson planning coupled with consistent discipline techniques and
a sense of open-mindedness and flexibility even we are facing this new
normal context. In fact, I was chosen as the best in teaching demonstration.
Lastly, I was one of the player/varsities since high school until I graduated
to college.
