Session Title: " Positive Impact of Cooperation”
Session At the end of the session, learners will be able to:
Objectives: a. Identify and explain the benefits and positive impacts of
cooperation in various contexts, including personal, professional,
and societal.
b. Recognize the importance of cooperation in fostering mutual
understanding, building trust, and achieving shared goals, and
value collaboration as a fundamental aspect of productive and
harmonious relationships.
c. Demonstrate effective communication and interpersonal skills
necessary for successful cooperation, such as active listening,
conflict resolution, and empathy.
Key Concepts:  Highlight the transformative power of collaboration in achieving
shared objectives and solving complex problems.
 Demonstrate how cooperation enhances creativity and innovation
through the exchange and synthesis of diverse perspectives and
ideas.
 Illustrate the multiplier effect of cooperation, showcasing how
collective efforts can achieve greater impact and outcomes than
individual endeavors.
 Emphasize the cultivation of trust and mutual respect as
foundational elements of successful cooperation, fostering an

Warm-Up Questions:
1. What is the main message or theme conveyed in the
song "Tagumpay Nating Lahat"?
2. How does the song celebrate the concept of unity and
cooperation?
3. What emotions or feelings does the song evoke in
listeners?
4. Can you identify any specific examples or instances of
triumph or victory mentioned in the lyrics?
5. How does the song inspire listeners to believe in their
capabilities and work together towards common
goals?

Activity: Pass the message


Materials: Message note
 Instructions:
1. Divide the class into small groups of 4-5.
2. Within each group, designate one person as the
"Message Bearer" and one as the “Message
Recorder.”
3. Explain the rules of the game:
 The teacher or facilitator whispers a message to
the first Message Bearer in each group.
 The Message Bearer then whispers the
15 mins message to the next person in line, and so on,
until it reaches the Message Recorder in the
group.
 The Message Recorder writes the message on
the blackboard, attempting to relay the original
message as accurately as possible.
 Groups are awarded points based on the
accuracy of the final message compared to the
original.
4. Example Round:
Demonstrate a practice round with a simple message
to ensure all participants understand the process.
Activity: Teamwork makes the dream works.

 Present a video clip showing the positive impact of


effective cooperation.
 Prompt learners and discuss the positive impact of
copperation in successfully achieving goals.

 Ask these questions:

2. What benefits do you gain from cooperating with
your classmates in group learning activities?
3. What benefits do students gain from cooperating
with teachers and classmates in group learning
activities?

This activity helps students understand the positive impacts


of cooperating with the team.
Journal Writing 15 mins Activity: Cooperation Reflective Essay
Materials: Notebook
Explain the task: Creatively express thoughts about
effective cooperation through writing an essay. Allow time to
express their thoughts in words.

Sharing Option: Offer learners the chance to present their


essay and share reflections.

Conclude that through effective cooperation, a group can


navigate and overcome various challenging situations,
