PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
● Engaging at Exec level with Cloud Partners to drive top-down support for joint GTM . Responsible for development, execution and reviews of
the regional Partnership Strategy, framework, KPIs and joint business plans.
● Motivate, coach and drive consensus across cross-functional and diverse teams to support joint partner goals and Go to Market Initiatives.
● Responsible for leading and working collaboratively with Marketing, Pre-sales and Solutions Directors to build and drive Pipeline generation
with strategic cloud alliance sales and partner teams.
● Provide partner insights and collaborate with internal and Partner technical teams to develop joint ‘first to market’ service offerings and
innovative industry solutions.
● Accountable for remaining Cloud ‘partner of choice’, manage valued strategic cloud partners, growing partner tagged revenue and margin.
● Work closely with the Delivery function to ensure partner capabilities are being continuously developed to keep quality of partner project
delivery to the highest standard. I ensure our ambitions to increase Partner Specialisations, Expertise, Certifications are being completed to
strengthen Partner trust and drive Partner focused pipeline opportunities.
● Lead collaboration with joint marketing teams to build and execute joint demand generation plans (Joint events, case studies, thought
leadership, webinars, round tables)
● Primarily responsible for UK regional Partnerships commercial objectives, however, I work collaboratively with Global and EMEA interlock to
ensure internal teams are informed of and executing on partner initiatives, training and quality delivery.
● Support global coordination for our partner onboarding and review process to ensure that there is due diligence.

Change Transformation Agile delivery lead for the Global execution and roll out of an in-house Project Finance Platform to manage end to lifecycle of
Project Finance deal data as well as delivering capability for Global Head to pull off Global reports.
● Managing Agile execution of scope and delivery, Service Transition and Onboarding, managing Agile and Waterfall governance for
reporting and finances. Leading the Tech team to create a Migration plan to migrate data onto new Platform and planning the regional
rollouts.
● Working with the global Tech team and global executive stakeholders in TKY, US, Singapore, Hong Kong and London to agree goals and
Terms of Reference, governance, and Roadmap. Proactively identifying Risks, Issues, dependencies and managing Mitigating Actions. A
Implemented complete Agile Transformation projects to enable teams to adopt Agile mindset, scale, and meet changing customer and compliance
needs as well as creating efficiencies and cost savings. Completed and coordinated multiple end to end Agile releases into Production for multiple
Retail Banking platform areas, while delivering platform strategic visions (Cloud first) and new ways of working. Cash and ATM Domain. Coordinating
and landing an Agile Transformation and maturity model from BAU to a Hybrid Agile (SAFe) model. Generated the required mind set and shared
goals, while leading project initiation, understanding risk appetite, continuous improvements, communicating executives and delivery teams on the
journey and embedding activities.
