How do I know that my reservation was successfully booked?
Upon completing your reservation, you will receive an email with a reservation reference number confirming your details. You can also view your booking by simply clicking "Manage my Booking" at the top of the homepage. The online reservation system is not working for me, what do I do? If you are having difficulty booking your reservation, please contact the REEF/IMPARK customer service center at 613-234-6119. What happens if I need to cancel my reservation? Once the reservation is confirmed, there are no cancellations, refunds, or rebates. The reservation can be changed, see below. What if I need to change my reservation? If you have a pre-booked reservation, a valid registered license plate and your NRCan Parking pass displayed, all you need to do is park your car in the parking lot that you have chosen. What if I return earlier than what I prepaid? There are no refunds and rebates for early departure. Can anyone else use my Prepaid Reservation? Is it transferable? No, the prepaid reservation is not transferable. However, you can change all reservations up to 24 hours prior to your scheduled visit.
