Symphony 2024
19th, 20th & 21st of March 2024

OVERVIEW
Symphony 2024 is a three-day annual Cultural festival of K J Somaiya College Of Engineering
which caters as a platform for students to showcase their inner talents but also take a break
from their regular curriculum. In the past, we have associated with brands like ShopperStop,
Xiaomi, Gaana, MTV Beats, UPL, Mahindra, UTI, Bullspree, FILA, Margo, 9XM & 9XO media,
Pepsi, Pulse, Hindustan Times, Vadilal, Firefox, Terence Lewis Academy, Nescafe Labs,
Redbull, Vh1 Supersonic, MTV, Yash Raj Films, Coca Cola, HP, Garcon, Mumbai Mirror, Coke
Studio and many more.

HIGHLIGHT EVENTS

1. Comedy Night: With Sapan Verma (2016), Kenny Sebastian (2017), Biswa Kalyan Rath
(2018), Vipul Goyal (2019), Anubhav Singh Bassi (2020), Nishant Suri and Aadar
Malik(2021), Rahul Dua and Sumit Saurav(2022) and Kumar Varun (2023) coming
down in the previous years, the comedy night has always been an event the students
look forward to.

2. Pro-Night: A night full of music with bands like Coshish (2015), The Local Train (2016),
Lagori (2017), The Red Bull Tour Bus with Raghu Dixit Project (2018), Kabir Cafe (2019)
, The Yellow Diary (2020), KRYSO(2022), etc performing.

3. Bollywood Night: One of the significant events of Symphony, which saw famous singers
like Shaan in Symphony 2023, KK in Symphony 2022, Benny Dayal in Symphony 2020,
Vishal-Shekhar in Symphony 2019, Amit Trivedi and his 22-band artist crew in
Symphony 2018. We also had a performance by Aditi Singh Sharma and Jazz Dhami &
Raool in previous years.
4. EDM Night: Dropping the beats we had DJs like KRYSO (2023), Project 91 (2020, 2022),
Progressive Brothers (2020), DJ Shaan (2019), Lost Stories (2018), One&One,
international DJs like Candice, Kerano, Zaeden, and DJ Willy.

5. Somaiya’s Got Talent: A platform for Somaiya students to showcase their inner talent,
we’ve had Karan Wahi, Suyyash Rai, and Sukirti Kandpal as judges for this event in the
previous years.

6. AM Bands: With bands coming up from across the city and competing against each other
to win the title, this has always been one of our highlight events.

7. Group Dance: Having associated with Nritya Shakti, Dance With Madhuri and Terence
Lewis Academy in the previous years, participation in this particular event has increased
over the years.

8. Symphony Idol: A national-level singing competition that caters to the best singers and
gets you grooving as an audience was held in association with Shankar Mahadevan
Academy for the last two years.

9. Street Play: A national level Drama competition judged by famous actors like Ali Asgar,
Abhay Bhargav & many other such personalities.

Many more events like DJ Wars, Mr. & Ms. Somaiya, Wordsmith, etc.

Deliverables from Team Symphony 2024:


● KJSCE presents Symphony 2024, with “XYZ” as Our Event Partner.
● Outdoor hoardings at the central, harbor, and western lines mentioning “XYZ”
as our Event partner for 10 days.
● Social media post on our Instagram page as well as other entertainment
websites.
● Logo Presence on the official Symphony website which will be hyperlinked to
your website.
● Logo presence and branding as our Event Partner through banners put on the
entrance gate of Somaiya Vidyavihar with an outreach of 40,000 and the
backdrop of the auxiliary stage.
● Branding through the following:
○ Logo Presence on the website front page cover.
○ Standees/banners (given by you) covering the fest area.
○ Give out your pamphlets during the fest.
○ A fully fabricated stall in the major fest area to directly interact with the
crowd.

Deliverables from XYZ:


1. Remuneration of INR 50,000 in the name of the Students’ Association of K. J.
Somaiya College of Engineering.
