W e are all know that Grade-11 students in
Mangatarem National Highschool is entering
the school very early.Other students is
stressed because there's a lot of schoolworks
or doings in school.So how can we divide the
time for all the task and activities that assign
of teacher's to their students and what are
the causes and effects and then find a
solution to that problem why student
stressed because of that problem?

various factors in school,such as high academic
expectations a heavy workload,time constraints,

stress. Teachers can also play a role in supporting students by helping

support and resources, and promote a healthy work-life balance. With
these strategies in place, students can develop better time
management habits and achieve academic success while maintaining
their well-being.
