NOTICE

FORMATION OF STUDENTS’ COUNCIL

for PGDM Second Year (A.Y. 2024-25) & Batch of (2023-2025)

The process of formation of student council for the Academic Year 2024-25 will be as per
following process.
The applications are called for the following three Councils:
1. Managing Council (7 members)
2. Placement Council (7 members)
3. Alumni Council (2 members). Please note at the time of Alumni Meets if any
additional support required will be rendered by the Placement Council.

• 1 Member by nomination by Group Director

Detailed Roles and Responsibilities of both the councils are enclosed in the Annexures.

Nominations can be submitted in virtual mode through google form, link for which given

The nominations should reach us by 11th March 2024, 4pm

Having applied, if a student wishes to withdraw his candidature, he may do so using a

separate google form link given below:

The withdrawal should reach us by 12th March 2024, 2pm

The applicants can apply to be a member for only one council (MC / PC / AC). Each Council
Member becomes a buddy to a group of students so that the entire class is covered.

The process and dates for the selection process is as follows:

• Display of Notice and the google form link through ADC: 6th March 2024.
 • Applications to be submitted through google link: 6th March – 11th March, 4pm.
The applications should be seconded by two students from your class. Students can
apply for only one post.

• Withdrawal of Application (through a separate link): 12th March 2024, 2pm.

• Pitching to your class for your candidature: (Detailed class-wise schedule can be
obtained from ADC). During the interaction students can demonstrate their
aspirations for leadership positions. While pitching, the candidate needs to mention
the names of their classmates who have seconded their candidature.

• After the pitching process, the google link for voting for the applicants will be shared
on your respective program WhatsApp group during the same session. Voting link
will be open for 10 mins after the pitching process.

• Voting is a part of the selection process, however, to strengthen the process, it is

further reinforced with an interview with a panel comprising of Group Director and
senior students. During the interview process your academics, achievements &
leadership qualities will be assessed.

Important Note:

• Attendance for all students the aforesaid elections is “Mandatory”.

• Role of each council members is to actively engage with their batchmates to perform
their best in WeEnhance initiatives.

Enclosed herewith are the Annexure for Roles & Responsibilities for the respective council.

Annexure 1: Roles & Responsibilities of Managing Council and Placement Council
