Greetings all. In this edition of
the Beacon, I wanted to direct
your attention to the 'Video of
Interest' (Page-3). More
specifically, the topic of cyber
attacks as the most likely major
'pandemic' we will face.
The World Economic Forum is
actually using the term
"pandemic" to describe the next
global event, which they state
will dwarf Covid-19 in terms of
impact on economics,
government policies, and the
control measures which will be
necessary to help in the global
recovery.
There's no need to theorize
about what their intent is.
They've clearly stated what their
intent is -- 'The Great Reset'
(their own words).
The release of the Covid-19 virus
was preceded by a global
pandemic exercise, called 'Event
201', and was conducted by the
WEF in October 2019.
The next major training
exercise was Cyber Polygon,
conducted in 2021 and July of
2022, in cooperation with
INTERPOL (an International
Police).
The exercise focused on a
global cyber attack which
brings banking, transportation,
communications, electrical
power, and every other
infrastructure dependent on
internet-connected technology
to it's knees.
The claim is that it is simply a
matter of time, and I think it
would behoove us to take them
at their word. They have a
tendency and a track record of
pointing to where they're going
next.
Independent communications
will be vital for sharing news
and information with each
other. More importantly, it will
be vital that we stand ready to
assist the leaders in our
communities and our states
enabling them to stay
connected to each other. This
includes your pastor and
influencial leaders in your area.

If you've ever been to the Moon (and who
hasn't?), then you'll know that the clingy
dust which covers its surface can damage
spacesuits. According to a new study, a
spray of liquid nitrogen may offer the best
method of getting the stuff off – while
leaving suits intact.
Scientifically known as lunar regolith, moon
dust isn't like most natural dust here on
Earth.

Congratulations to the AmRRON Corps operators who took to the field to participate in the JS8Call exercise this
weekend. A debrief will take place on the Z-Net Wednesday evening voice net (March 8th). Everyone learned
more about their equipment, modes, and skills.

KAZAKHSTAN 2022
'AMID UNREST,
KAZAKHS SEEK BREAD
AND INFORMATION'
That was the headline in January
2021, the culmination of political and
civil unrest that left government
buildings, cars, and businesses razed
by rioters. In response, the Kazakh
government cut off internet and
cellular communications.
Fuel and food shortages added to the
chaos when all commercial
transportation came to a halt.
The following statements by
citizens highlight the importance
of emergency communications,
and are found in this article at
dw.com.
'We don't know anything, we only
hear shooting'
Another small bakery near the now
burned-down residence of the
Kazakh president has also resumed
business, also distributing free bread
to those in need. Waiting in long
lines, people exchange the latest
information.
"How else are we supposed to know
what's happening around us? There
is no internet and the mobile
network doesn't work everywhere.
Television reception is disrupted,"
said one
woman. "We don't know anything,
we only hear shooting. It's an
information vacuum. That's also one
of the reasons we come here, to at
least find out something."
Getting reliable information in and
out of Almaty is difficult. Many
rumors and unbelievable stories are
circulating in the city, mostly spread
by those people who still have a
landline. At the moment, the old-
school telephones are almost the
only means of communication
available to the general population.
 'Many shops in Almaty were looted
and vandalized during days of
turbulent protests and violence.
With mobile internet switched off
and intermittent problems with
wired connections, instant messaging

WERE ON THE WAY
While Kazakhstan citizens huddled
together at bakeries, hungry for
information as much as food, the
communications blackout ensured
they had no idea that a foreign
military was bearing down on them.
In this Reuters report, the following
headline announced:
'Russia sends troops to put down
Kazakhstan uprising as fresh
violence erupts'
"The Russian deployment was a
gamble by the Kremlin that rapid
military force could secure its
interests in the oil and uranium-
producing Central Asian nation, by
swiftly putting down the worst
violence in Kazakhstan's 30 years of
independence."

been essentially shut down. In
addition, many terminals that could
be used to top up cellphone credits
have been vandalized during the
riots.
Moscow said it would consult with
Kazakhstan and allies on steps to
support the Kazakh "counter-
terrorist operation" and repeated
Tokayev's assertion that the uprising
was foreign-inspired. Neither
Kazakhstan nor Russia provided
evidence to support that.
Moscow did not disclose how many
troops it was sending, and it was not
possible to determine if any were
involved in Thursday's unrest.
The general secretary of the ex-
Soviet alliance - the Collective
Security Treaty Organisation - told
RIA news agency that the overall
peacekeeping force would number
about 2,500 and could be
strengthened if necessary.
It was expected to be a short mission
of "a few days or weeks", RIA quoted
him as saying.
