Popular hobbies and interests have always been our lives dynamic.

Some argue that these

changes are more a reflection of trends and fashions than a genuine reflection of individuals. In this
essay, I will discuss the extent to which I agree with this statement, providing reasons for my
perspective.

First of all, trends and fashions have an important role about people's popular hobbies. For
example, in recent years, activities like Yoga, Fitness, dancing hobbies -like Zumba, Tango courses- are
popular for people. People often choose such hobbies because they are fashionable and social
activities. However, some people discover their powerful part of body once they start and that
activities make them feel better.

On the other hand, some hobbies do not introduce themselves and go out of fashion.
Activities like reading, gardening, and playing musical instruments have been enjoyed for generations.
Also, the availability of free time and found to new activities can also influence individuals hobby
choices. People can be more comfortable to try something new when they have the resources and
opportunities to do.

To sum up, popular hobbies and interests are influenced by trends and fashions. While trends
do have a role in our activities, they do not necessarily attend the trend hobbies. people also can
have old hobbies and making trends hobbies for popularity do not make sense for me. I think
everybody needs a hobby which is more comfortable for their resources and free times. The
relationship between trends and personal preferences in hobbies is complex and interconnected.
