TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Course participants must be at least 14 years of age for the German course.
2. If full payment is not received by the due date, the participant loses the right to participate. Course registration is
conducted on a first come, first serve basis.
3. The course fee is non-refundable and non-transferable during the course or at the course commencement date.
4. Our courses have at least 12 and at the most 25 participants. If enrolments are insufficient on the starting date, we
reserve the right to cancel or postpone the course. In this case we will offer the participants the opportunity to move to
another course or to receive a full refund of the course fee. We regret that we can only conduct courses that have the
minimum number of participants by the end of the enrolment period. To avoid cancellations of courses that would have
taken place if participants had enrolled in time, we advise students to register before the deadline.
5. All the data provided by you, will be treated confidentially.
6. At the end of the language course, a course participation certificate can be issued upon request (provided the
attendance of the student is above 80%).
7. You require a strong internet connection for our online classes as it is mandatory for all students to switch on their
cameras throughout the course. The instructors will not entertain any student who switches off the mics and the camera
and will remove him/her from that day's class.
8. The free-of-cost Zoom app on your phone or laptop for online learning.
9. Adobe Acrobat DC Reader (free of cost) for doing exercises.
