As the year draws to a close, it is the perfect time to reflect, rejuvenate, and reconnect
with your loved ones. This retreat is an opportunity to improve and plan ahead for next
year. Our retreat aims to be fun and inspirational, most importantly, we want to
strengthen the bond between parents and children.

Morning 9.30am 1. Introduction - family wellness awareness, science and theory.

2. Training and Coaching of family wellness-based exercises.

3. Family Wellness for fitness, beauty and well-being.

4. Wellness practicing in daily routines - sit, stand, walk, sleep.

5. Note taking and recap all teachings/learning together.

Lunch * Moment of relaxation, free and easy.

Afternoon 1.30am 1. Health Awareness Program Values, build health today.

2. Effective ways to improve micro-circulation, metabolism,

to strengthen spinal and enhance mind-body vitality.

3. 2024 Wellness Planning to sustain individual health-being.

4. Necessary steps to improve overall family well-being

5. Wrap up and closing session. Family photography session.
