TRAINING PROGRAM
Welcome to GOLAZO, The Ultimate Finishing Training Program.

Over the next seven days, you’ll undergo hundreds of finishes in


a variety of situations around the box, using all areas of both
feet. With focused and consistent repetition, you’ll build muscle
memory to make it automatic and eventually instinctual.

Ensure that you warm up throughly before each day of the


program to help you perform to your best, and avoid muscle
strains. Ball striking is an explosive action, so prepare your body
with a dynamic warm up for a minimum of 10-15 minutes before
striking your first ball.

valuable finishing tips to help you get the most out of your
training.

Every ball you struck throughout this program is an investment in
yourself as a player and has prepared you for your next goalscoring
opportunity.

For maximum results, repeat the program, setting yourself individual


targets to achieve for each day. An example of a target could be to
repeat each exercise until 5 out of 10 finishes hit the corner. As you
improve, make the target more challenging.

You can also increase the number of repetitions for each day of the
program, but remember, quality is better than quantity.

Keep working hard and remember, if you don’t shoot, you won’t
score.
