Authority is hereby granted for the following personnel of Bicol Center for Health
Development to
attend the “Philippines to India Learning Exchange Trip (Psychosocial Care
Cohort)” in Bangalore, India on March 18 to 22, 2024 (exclusive of travel time):

Under this Order, the above-named employees are authorized to travel on official time
at no cost to the government except salaries, other remuneration and pre-departure expenses
of Three Thousand Five Hundred (P3,500.00) Pesos, in accordance with the Executive Order
No. 77 s. 2019, to be charged against the funds of the sending office. They are directed to
submit a Post Travel Report within ten (10) working days after the said travel using the
prescribed form to the Health Human Resource Development Bureau (HHRDB) and inform
the HHRDB in
case they were not able to attend the above activity.

Further, the costs of international round-trip airfare, accommodation, and other

participation expenses will be borne by the Organizer.
