    To support the HSE Advisors, Supervisors and employees I will, on signingthis declaration, hold myself

    accountable to commit the following:

    Provide necessary support and adequate tools forHSE Advisor to do their job, in particularTransport and
    aPC, with web connection to obtain HSE information

    • Ensure employees have the required skills and areCompetent to do the job. Supervisors willattend ESS
    workshop and use PC- based tools to assess their competence.

    • EnsureCompliance withPDO Safety Rules, includingRoad Safety.

    • EnsureCompliance withkey Controls, e.g. PTW, Toolbox -Talks, etc

    • Carry out daily a daily walk-about to provide effectiveSite Supervision.

    • Encourage every employee to follow theS.T.O.P. or equivalent programme.

    • Communicate safety Alerts regularly and keep employees updated on HSE related matters.

    • Ensure regular maintenance and inspection ofEquipment is carried out.

    • Minimise impact on theEnvironment by effective waste management.

    • Continue to support and promoteOccupational Health of the workforce.

    • Lead byExample to gain the respect of all

    • Empower Employees to stop the work if it is unsafe.
