Crunchy Fried Chicken

Materials:
1. 10 pieces of chicken meat
2. 2 pieces of garlic, crushed
3. 1 tsp. of pepper powder
4. 1 gr red pepper, crushed
5. 1 tsp. of fine salt
6. Cooking oil
Ingredients for liquid layer:
1. 350 ml of cold water
2. 350 gr flour
3. 50 gr cornstarch
4. 2 egg yolks
5. ½ tbs. of liquid milk
6. 1 tsp. of baking soda
7. 1 tsp. of fine salt
8. 1 tsp. of pepper powder
Material for dry layer:
1. 500 gr of wheat flour
2. 150 gr of cornstarch
3. 1 tsp. of instant chicken broth
4. 2 pieces of garlic, crushed
5. ¼ tsp. of fine salt
6. 0.5 tsp. of baking soda
How to make fried chicken crispy:
1. Create a liquid layer mixture by mixing the flour, cornstarch, milk powder, baking powder,
pepper, salt and flavorings. Stir well.
2. Add egg yolk and water gradually, stir until blended. Then store in the refrigerator.
3. Make dry layer by mixing all the dry layer material. Stir well and then set aside
4. Spice up chicken meat with salt, pepper, chili that has been crushed and garlic. Then stir
well. In order to the seasoning absorb well, save for 15 minutes.
5. Roll the chicken meat into the dry layer mixture until the entire surface of the meat is
covered by flour.
6. Dip into a liquid layer mixture and then roll back into the dry layer. Knead the chicken meat
in order to absorb well. Repeat this step up to 2 times to get crispier and tastier fried chicken.
7. Heat oil, and then fry chicken meat using medium heat.
8. Once the chicken meat is yellow-brown and dry, Remove and drain.
9. Crunchy fried chicken is ready to be served with a sauce or gravy
FRIED NOODLES

Ingredients

 Maggie noodles with 1/2 packet Maggi seasoning (We use curry flavour)
 Tofu x 1/4 cup
 Egg x 1
 Green vegetables x 1 cup
 Onion, minced x 1/2
 Dark soy sauce

How to make it :

1. Bring water to boil and add in Maggi instant noodle. Cook until soft. In a hot wok, fry
onions with oi l until brown and fragrant.
2. Add tofu
3. Add spinach and fry until soft
4. Make a hold in the middle of the wok and break an egg.
5. Add Maggi seasoning (We only use half a packet as we prefer our dish to be less salty).
6. Add cooked noodles
7. Flavour with dark soya sauce
8. Give it a good stir and serve.
Oreo Milkshake

Ingredients:

4 oreo cookies
1 cup milk
1 cup vanilla ice cream
1 tablespoon chocolate sauce
1 tablespoon sugar

How To Make :

 To prepare this delicious shake recipe, take a bowl and coarsely crush the
Oreo cookies in it. You don’t need to powder them, they should be crushed
enough to be blended into a shake.
 Pour milk and chocolate syrup to a blender. Also, add Oreo cookies and ice-
cream to the blender. Blend well all the ingredients until combined
completely.
 Crush and crumble some Oreo cookies in a bowl. You can also put them in a
plastic bag and pound them with a rolling pin.
 Pour the prepared milkshake into a glass. Finally, top the milkshake with the
crumbled Oreo cookies. Serve immediately with a straw.
Soursop Juice;

Ingredients:

-100gram
-soursop fruit boiled water to taste
-ice cube

How to make

1. Prepare fruit soursop are old enough and mature


2. Peel the fruit and remove the seeds, then cut into pieces
3. Put into blender
4. combine syrup, water and ice cubes to taste
5. Blend until smooth
6. Pour in glasses
7. Add sweetened condensed milk chocolate
