I hope this letter finds you in good health and high spirit. Our community is enthusiastic about promoting a healthy
and active lifestyle, and we believe that the Barangay Gymnasium is an ideal venue for our event due to its central
location and the ample space that provides various sports activities.

In this connection, we kindly request permission to use the Barangay Gymnasium for the first ever Schools District of
Barotac Viejo-Coastal Region Zonal Meet 2023. This will be participated by nine (9) Barangays in the Coastal Region
and we are happy to let you know that Brgy. San Juan Gymnasium was chosen to be the venue for the Volleyball
event. We will also like to request from your office to use some chairs and tables for our Technical Officials of
Volleyball and guests. We assure you that we will adhere to all rules and regulations set forth by the barangay for the
use of community facilities. We will also take full responsibility for the cleanliness and maintenance of the
gymnasium during and after the event.

We understand the importance of community engagement and cooperation and greatly appreciate your consideration
to our request. We believe that this event will contribute positively to the overall well-being of our learners.
