The table and graph show that the Second Quarterly Test shows an MPS with an average of 57.49%. It
indicates that only 29 out of 50 questions was learned by the students. The average mean is 28.74 and
average SD is 4.67, it means that most of the scores are between 16-38. The teacher in Grade 8 level should
exert more efforts and make an interventions to increase the MPS of the department to reach the 75% MPS
goal.

Determine the cause of low performance of students in ESP 8 especially G8 - MOLAVE.
