To,

Chairman,

Agarwal Lifestyle CHS LTD,

Avenue B1, Global city,

Virar West.

Sub :- In Response to your apology seeking letter.

Respected,

I Pooja R. Gupta from 17/103 wants to state that there is no

apology for standing for your own basic and daily needs and majorly when
that need is water, we kept complaining verbally and through written letters
for many days but everything went unheard and we were asked to wait saying
that committee is reviewing the issue or by saying there is a technical issue.
each and every time we were taken into a wrong direction when issue
regarding the same problems were addressed in front of them and not only
problems many wrong procedures were carried out internally (with proof),
so it is obvious even we as a human have some patience which went beyond
our limits after 3-4 weeks of neglecting behavior from every committee
member, With due respect we called the Chairman and Secretary for a
meeting in the society office but we got a reply saying ”aap log mujhe
salary dete ho kya?”. Is there any justification for this? Neither the
committee members are ready to approach our problems neither they are
letting us approach them and then they ask for an apology which is really not
justified.
Still if you people are trying to dominate society members and
satisfy your own ego by such things, now even I want an apology for the
phrase “yeh toh jhoppad patti se aaye hai” used by one of your committee
member at the time when we were addressing the parking issue in the society,
I want an apology from that same member who scolded my son who is just
12 years old for riding his cycle in the garden premises where as the very
next day a mature lady was doing the same thing (with proof) and nothing
was said to her. Why? Committee members here in this society are just
manipulating the rules for their own sake and benefits where as we society
member keep suffering.

Rules and Regulations of the society cannot be different for

society members and committee member. Everything should be equal and in
balance. If our complaints or issues goes unheard it is our duty and right to
stand against it.

Thanking you.

Yours Sincerely,

Pooja R. Gupta
