DESCRIPTION OF THE ACTION / INSPECTION CARRIED OUT

- Some pipe positions located deep in the previous concrete layer, supplying water to the Guard House, Office Area, need
to be repaired.
- The water pipes connected to the pressure compensation pump to supply water to the transformer station leak at the
joints and are often damaged, causing water loss.
- Reinstalling new water pipes, purchasing additional supplies to connect pipes to the Guard House, Office Area and
Transformer Station.
ROOT-CAUSE ANALYSIS

The reason is that the old water pipe has rotted, peeled off the surface and cannot be reused.
