WITNESSETH:

That the DONOR is the absolute owner and possessor of a parcel of land

That for and in consideration of the love and affection which the DONOR has for
the DONEE who is her biological sister, said DONOR by these presents do hereby
cede, transfer, convey and deliver by way of DONATION INTER VIVOS (effective
immediately) unto the said DONEE, her heirs, successors and assigns all her
interests, titles and participations over the above-described parcels of land.

The DONOR states that she has reserved sufficient properties for her own
support and those who are entitled to be supported by her, if any, under the law. The
DONOR further hereby state for the purpose, that this donation is not made with the
object of defrauding her creditors, having reserved for herself sufficient property to
answer for her debts, if any, prior to this date.

The DONEE hereby RECEIVES AND ACCEPTS this gift and donation made in
her favor by the DONOR, who is her biological sister, and hereby express her
appreciation and gratitude for the kindness and generosity of the DONOR.
