I. The name of the company is “BDLP Ltd”

II. The Registered Office of the Company shall be situated in Bangladesh.
III. The objects for which the company is established are:

BDLP-Law Consultancy Firm Ltd. has been recognized by The Government of Bangladesh
as a legal500 law consultancy firm in baridhara, 2015.

During the year 2016 we established another office to meet the requirements of our regular
customers, namely Apon Legal Consultancy.

The objects for which the Company is established are:

(a)To provide legal consultancy services to individuals, businesses, and organizations.

(b) To undertake research, analysis, and dissemination of legal information.

(c) To represent clients in legal proceedings, including litigation, arbitration, and

alternative dispute resolution mechanisms.

(d) To engage in legal advocacy and lobbying activities on behalf of clients.

(e) To provide legal education and training programs to individuals and organizations.

(f) To engage in any other lawful activities related to or incidental to the attainment of
the above objects.

The members of our board of directors are highly educated and are greatly experienced in the
legal field and administration.

Sunday-Thursday : 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM
Saturday: 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Friday: Closed (Open on request)

and home consultations subject to fee arrangement and previous notice.
