Human resource department of the entity has prepared a manual for proper code of conduct for
whole organization .Each manager is held responsible for implementation and reinforcement of
this manual.
c) Management Remuneration
Management is rewarded on the basis of qualification, experience, tenure in the entity and
performance .Human resource department ensures the fulfillment of the above criteria and
Board of directors finally approves the remuneration.
Each departmental manager is held responsible for implementation and reinforcement of code of
conduct (that emphasizes entity’s core values such as integrity, objectivity, confidentiality and
professional behavior) prepared by Human resource department of the entity.
