b) Culture and ethics

. Integrity, objectivity, confidentiality and professional behavior are the core values of the entity.
Human resource department of the entity has prepared a manual for proper code of conduct for
whole organization .Each manager is held responsible for implementation and reinforcement of
this manual.

c) Management Remuneration

Management is rewarded on the basis of qualification, experience, tenure in the entity and

performance .Human resource department ensures the fulfillment of the above criteria and
Board of directors finally approves the remuneration.

d) Human resource policies and practices

The Human resource department has an established practice of hiring competent,


experienced and qualified personals. New personals are hired through proper
advertisement, job interview and an objective evaluation by an independent selection
committee. Promotion of employees depends on time and performance which is objectively
evaluated by the concerned authority regularly.

e) Communication and enforcement of integrity and ethical values

Each departmental manager is held responsible for implementation and reinforcement of code of
conduct (that emphasizes entity’s core values such as integrity, objectivity, confidentiality and
professional behavior) prepared by Human resource department of the entity.
