EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:

3J’S Resort and Recreation is a Bali theme resort in Quezon City that

was established in 2023, to cater the local visitors and tourists and also to

make profit. We offer our customers the ultimate place for them to have fun

and relaxation. We also have rooms for rent for those who intend to stay over

for a little while. Our resort has an affordable point over our competitors as we
are located close to one of the business cities that attracts locals and visitors

alike. We intend to fully utilize our location to full advantage.

Our visions to ensure that we are the preferred resort and recreation in

Quezon City, Philippines as well as the whole world and that we attain this

goal by the year 2025. To achieve this, we’ll go through the extra mile of

picking those that would best serve the purposes of our resort.

Our management staff has been well picked due to their vast experience

and knowledge in the industry and these kinds of businesses We are confident

that they would help bring our business to where we intend it to be. Aside

from having the experience, our management staff also believes in our core

values.

We have picked competent employees that we know are capable of

making sure our resort and Recreation become top class. Our employees knew

that they must constantly communicate the brand to the clients through their

actions. We intend to pay our employees well and also ensure that the

atmosphere they work in is conducive and motivating enough.

Our marketing executives have been empowered to draft and implement

strategies that will not only make us penetrate the target market but also make

us stand out from others. We intend to engage in intense publicity to ensure

that we create awareness about our resort and recreation to our community.

We will not relent in ensuring that we offer our customers excellent

service when it comes to customer care. Therefore, our customer care

executive as well as those working at the front desk have been adequately

trained to attend to the inquiries and compliments of customers promptly.


Lastly, we are very happy to announce that our resort is an eco-friendly resort

which means that some of our amenities or attraction is an statue that is made

from recycled materials, rooms and halls that is generated by solar power,

hydroponics plants and many more that can attract people to visit our resort.

BACKGROUND AND HISTORY:

The 3 J's Resort and Recreation was established on 16 th day of January by

the 3 founding sisters. Three successful entrepreneurs. Jaimie Tiu , Johana Tiu

, Joy Tiu who just drank at the roadside bar where they decided to buy and

builda project resort in just 9 months in Timog, Quezon City after the day

they purchased the 4000 sq meter abandoned bar which they converted into a

“Bali themed resort”. A standard resort with adaptation of Indonesian culture

and also modernized activities and services where you can have fun and relax

at the same time. People who visited the resort came back with a larger

number because of the great ambiance and excellent performance of the staff

to their guests.

DESCRIPTION OF PRODUCTS AND SERVICES


The 3j’s Resort and Recreation operates 24/7. We can help you to check

in or set a reservation by messaging our page on Facebook. We don’taccept

walk-ins because we the 3Js Resort and recreation follow the safety Covid

protocols to avoid over-crowding and also to provide the best experience to

our guests. We can accommodate maximum 150 people. We offer day time

and night time stays for 22 hours that includes massages, sauna, yoga

lessons. You can also rent the whole resort accommodation a perfect choice

for team building, family gatherings or special events.

Pricing of product Our rates of services depend on what deals you might

choose; we have Special lounge and VIP lounge. The regular lounge includes

2 set of whole-body massages, 3 set of meals including free to use all resort

facilities and amenities except the rooftop. The VIP Lounge includes free

passes to all including “The rooftop” that serves the most special amenities

like buffet, VIP bar and other activities.

Day Tour and Night Tour:

 Special Lounge – PHP 9,900 for 10-12 pax.

 VIP Lounge - PHP 15,000 for 10-12 pax.

Whole Day:

 Special Lounge- 16,000 php for 12-15 pax.

 VIP Lounge- 25,000 php for 15-18pax.

 Junior Deluxe Room- PHP 3,500 good for 6 pax.

Typically, we have different kinds of clients but these people have a

similarity, they all want to relax and forget the stress for a day and enjoy the

beauty in life. Most of them are workers, students from different universities,

group of friends and families.


We have effectively implemented different marketing strategies. We also

offer memberships to boost communication with previous guests and

encourage return visits, especially during the off season.

By distributing flyers to people and posting our products and services on

social media platforms many people will be aware of and become interested.

By this, it is easier to spread the information and more clients to help the

business grow.

MARKET RESEARCH:

The market is segmented based on the age and lifestyle category of each

group. Market is also segmented into various categories for targeting different

types of promotions and advertisements suitable for each target market

segment.

College Students-This segmentation is targeted for students of ages between

18 to 26. Students are more interested in swimming, teambuilding and

relaxing.

Single Young Business Professionals – The second category of target

market are young business professionals in and around our area ages between

25 and 40. This area has a lot of industries, including BPO’s, Private

Companies Government Office. These corporations have lots of young


executives, who have enough money to spend on high quality resort

entertainment. Currently these professionals are spending their time in resort

and bars for parties and get-togethers.

Singles, Married Couples and Family – People who are married and

between the ages of 30 to 40, who have either one or two kids or don’t have

any kids are targeted for this resort. The middle-aged people have sound

financial income and will be interested in spending an occasional weekend out

for party or relaxation.

Tourists/Vacationers – The Quezon City area is one of the important areas

for visitors from other city and also for the international tourists. These

category of people will be interested in getting a unique experience by

spending more money. 3J's provides multilevel entertainment, recreational

activities and is Bali-theme in its facility. The tourists can be easily drawn to

the facility by creating vacation packages with various airline agencies and

local tourist help brokers. The age category can range between 25 – 40 for

tourists.

3J's is competing against other local resort, but also against beach resorts,

mini-golf, restaurants, hotels and free parties. We are competing for the

disposable income and leisure time that our potential customers would

otherwise spend elsewhere. However, once a potential customer has decided

they want to go out to eat, relax, have a team building, escape boredom, to

have fun, we are most closely competing with similar types of businesses:

other resort, nightclubs, and concert venues. Our challenge is both to

encourage them to choose activities we offer, and to preferentially choose 3J's

over smaller, less unique option.


The Metropolis area has hundreds of thousands of adults, from the age of

18-50, who books for resort or go out to have fun and leisure time at least once

a month. We not only have to encourage customers to come to our venue, but

to choose this kind of entertainment over stressful ones. In the resort and hotel

industry, people make choices about return visits based on the quality of the

environment and experience, along with drinks and food. The price should be

competitive enough to attract a wide variety of customers.

OUTLINE OF MARKETING AND SALES PLAN:

Travelers adore going to resorts to unwind. Also, today's tourists use the

Internet to plan their time away from their hectic life. Because of this, our

resort requires Internet access to ensure that guests are at ease while visiting.

As we can publish information about our resort, accept reservations directly

from our website, and even share entertaining activities that visitors may

partake in while staying here. Also, it can potentially produce a lot more leads

and it is less expensive than traditional marketing. The best part is that it

enables our resort to speak with prospective visitors directly in order to


respond to their inquiries and better meet their demands. Then, we'll design

interactive multimedia brochures to give potential guests a sneak peek of

everything our resort has to offer.

3J’s Resort and Recreation was established in the year 2023 . It is a 4,000

square meter venue located at Timog, Quezon City. The resort was a total of

12 types of stilt houses and the design of its organization structure is a Bali-

theme, The 3J’s Resort and Recreation is being supervised by a Managing

Director. The board, therefore serves as the highest policy making body for the

organization.

Aspara Furniture Manufacturing Corporation is the center of our

manufacturing process. Its main purpose is to minimize production time and

cost efficiently in the work place and we support Local art. Multiplicity of
production planning element ranging from the everyday activities of guests.

Also, our inventory control is that production control must be maintained at an

optimum level, and inventory control is only a secondary control, whose main

function is to give warning when something goes wrong and the stock tends to

exceed the safe maximum value.

The 3J’s Resort and Recreation products consist of tangible and intangible

elements of foods drinks and accommodation together with the services,

atmosphere and image that surround and contribute to our product. Our chosen

industry contains many of the characteristics of service industries with the

added implication of the production process. Tropical Palm Herb

Manufacturing supplies our plants and other soils in 3Js Resort and Recreation

which are used in activities often with a set of periods of time. Tropical palm

herb sustainable amount of investment in plants and premises.
