RESOLUTION REALIGNING THE AMOUNT OF THREE HUNDRED SEVENTY FOUR THOUSAND

ONE HUNDRED SIXTY PESOS & 03/100 (P 374,160.03) FROM THE UNAPPRORPIATED SURPLUS OF
CALENDAR YEAR 2021 FOR THE IMPROVEMENT/ MAINTENANCE OF BARANGAY MULTI-
PURPOSE HALL, TRAVELLING EXPENSES, SEMINAR & TRAINING EXPENSES, ASSISTANCE TO
BARANGAY SERVICE POINT OFFICER, ASSISTANCE TO TWO BARANGAY HEALTH WORKER
AND EARNED LEAVE BENEFITS OF BARANGAY OFFICIALS OF BARANGAY CAPURICTAN,
SOLSONA ILOCOS NORTE.

WHEREAS, the Barangay Treasurer certified that there is an available fund from the Savings of Personal Services
of CY 2021 of Barangay #20 Capurictan, Solsona Ilocos Norte.

WHEREAS, the Barangay Council decided to appropriate the Unappropriated Surplus of Calendar Year 2021 for
the grant of Improvement/ Maintenance of Barangay Multi-Purpose Hall, Travelling Expenses, Seminar & Training
Expenses, Assistance to Barangay Service Point Officer, Assistance to two Barangay Health Worker and Earned
Leave Credits of Barangay Officials of Barangay #20 Capurictan, Solsona Ilocos Norte.

WHEREAS, the Barangay Council of Barangay Capurictan, Solsona, Ilocos Norte has prioritized programs,
projects and activities under Supplemental Investment Program (SIP) for CY 2021;

WHEREAS, on motion of Barangay Kagawad Joe Nixon M. Quitoras, duly seconded by all the members, it was;

RESOLVED, to adopt and approve the Supplemental Investment Program (SIP) for CY 2021 amounting to Three
Hundred Seventy Four Thousand One Hundred Sixty Pesos & 03/100 (P 374,160.03) from Unappropriated Surplus
of Calendar Year 2021.

RESOLVED FINALLY, to furnished copies of this resolution to all concerned officers for their guidance,
information and proper action.

SOLSONA, ILOCOS NORTE FOR CALENDAR YEAR 2022.

WHEREAS, the Barangay Development Council of Barangay #20 Capurictan Solsona, Ilocos Norte has prioritized
programs, projects and activities under the Supplemental Investment Program for Calendar Year 2022;

WHEREAS, after a thorough study on the programs, projects and activities prioritized and presented, same were
found out vital to the development of the entire barangay.

WHEREFORE, on motion of Barangay Kagawad Joe Nixon M. Quitoras, duly seconded by all the members, it was;

RESOLVED, to adopt the Supplemental Investment Program for the Calendar Year 2022 of Barangay #20
Capurictan Solsona, Ilocos Norte;
