Reasons

1) ESP faced an unfortunate event of death of his Father as stated in chat and email with us
2) ESP stated that he wasn’t in the state to report to work.
3) ESP was unable to focus on work, His job needs extra caution and focus to avoid any
mishappenings while at work. its to safeguard E-Connect brand name and protect both ESP and
EC at work location.

This is regarding your dispute against the appointment cancellation on 06/01/2023.

We are sorry to hear about your father as he no more with you. Our best wishes are always there with
you and your family to cope up with this difficult time.

We would like to inform you that your account will be activated again. As we have gone through your
previous conversations and attendance data.

However we would still like to inform you that cancelling an appointment impacts the work cycle and
impacts our customers negatively and it also disrupts our E-Connect marketplace with a ripple effect.

Cancellations from ESPs Impacts customers and then they lose trust and does not post up coming
jobs with us which affect other ESPs who rely with us for managing their life and earning through us.

We would be extremely happy to see you onboard again and we also hope that you will adhere to
our terms and conditions and manage your account well so that it does not get deactivated again.
