REQUEST FOR EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST

The Government of the Republic of Indonesia and the World Bank have agreed on support for preparing
and implementing the One Map program (5-years IBRD financing project) – (the “Project”), and intends to
apply part of the proceeds for individual consultant service as a Technical Leader. The assignment is
expected to start in mid March 2024 to mid August 2024.
The position will carry out responsibility for supporting the development of SmartLand Indonesia under
the SmartLand Indonesia Phase Two (SLI – 2), including:
1. Lead the SLI technical project team in the overall planning, preparation, execution, development,
monitoring, evaluation, and piloting stages.
2. Manage the entire Smartland Indonesia project to deliver on time, within budget, and to the
agreed-upon scope and quality as expected results
3. Develop and conceptualize Smartland Indonesia, synthesize analysis results/ recommendations
from each individual consultant and stakeholders.
4. Integrate Smartland Indonesia with other systems and applications in the Ministry of ATR/BPN
environment.

The Consultant shall have the following minimum qualifications and experience:
1. Educational background: Bachelor’s degree in Management, Engineering, Telecommunication,
Informatics, or Computer Science
2. At least 20 years of experience in project management or IT
3. Familiar with Indonesia land administration & management
4. Familiar and experience in managing IT Solution, Development & Delivery
5. Having an SKA/SKK on Project Management (optional)
6. Having an SKA/SKK on IT (preferred)

qualified to perform the services by attaching mandatory documents (CV and Cover Letter highlighting
candidates’ suitability to the above-mentioned qualification and experience) and supporting documents if
available (any certificates relevant to the position).
