It has successfully opened up diverse job opportunities, providing participants with valuable work
experience.
This hands-on experience not only contributes to the participants' skill development but also
significantly enhances their marketability in the Malaysian workforce.

MySTEP programme has given a positive impact toward the stakeholder since they continue the
collaboration by give a support through the allocation budget for the training programme.
This can be seen when the Securities Commission in collaboration with the Capital Market
Development Fund will establish a Digital Innovation Fund (DIGID) involving RM30mn to increase
the marketability of 9,000 graduates in the capital market, as an effort to produce new talent,
