MySTEP programme has given a positive impact toward the stakeholder since they continue the
collaboration by give a support through the allocation budget for the training programme.
This can be seen when the Securities Commission in collaboration with the Capital Market
Development Fund will establish a Digital Innovation Fund (DIGID) involving RM30mn to increase
the marketability of 9,000 graduates in the capital market, as an effort to produce new talent,

3 One participants from General Assembly MySTEP programme said that MySTEP programme taught
her valuable professional skills in business communications and connecting with others. It made
her realise that she need to learn the technical hard skills, but also need good soft skills to secure a
good career.
