VERY IMPORTANT CIRCULAR FOR NEW ADMISSION STUDENTS 2024-25

Please note the following:
Commencement of new Academic

Nursery June 2024 (Date and timings will be intimated later)
PPI to Grade I 27th March 2024 9:00am to 12:10pm
Grades II to IV 27th March 2024 8:45am to 12:20pm
Note : Incase, there is any change in the School timings as per the
government directives, we shall keep you informed.

(1) School transport children will have to come on their own for the first three days till the
routing (bus pick-up and drop timings) is confirmed
The Parents who are interested to enroll for the school transport facility must register by
filling the google form sent to you already in regard to the same. Please call Mr.Veerraju
(Transport Incharge) on 8686262323 for any query. Any transport request after 20th March,
2024 will not be considered.
(2) The school will work five days a week for classes Nursery to Std-V. Every
Saturday is a holiday.
 Parent-Teacher Meeting will be conducted on one of the Saturdays of every month.
Prior intimation will be given regards the same.

(3) The dates and timings for books sale are as follows:

Grade-II 18-03-2024 06:30pm to 08:00pm
Grade-III 20-03-2024 03:00pm to 04:30pm
Grade-IV 20-03-2024 06:30pm to 08:30pm

(4) The dates for sale of school uniform will be intimated later. . Until then, the students are
allowed to come in civil dress. There is no uniform for Nursery students.

(5) Sports uniform to be worn on Tuesday by students of Std. I to IV. Sports uniform
can be purchased in the month of June, once the house is allotted for the students
and the same will be informed.

(6) The pupils will have to wear navy blue socks & black shoes with regular as well as
sports uniform. There isn’t any need to purchase separate white or sports shoes for
sports uniform.

(7) Term Fee to be paid as follows:

Note : The User ID and Password are the same which are used to pay the fee during your child’s

child’s name, class & campus.

Note : The students who did not complete the academic session in
present school may join in the month of June, 2024 for the
classes in our school
