• Insurance: To be covered by the Seller against ALL RISKS, non - deductible, for 110% invoice
value, blank endorsed, with claim payable in Hochiminh city, Vietnam.
Article 2: Packing
Export standard packing: Net weight 225kg/drum.
Article 3: Shipping Mark
The Seller Option.
Article 4: Shipment
• Time of shipment: ASAP In February-2024
• Port of loading : Any port in Malaysia.
• Port of destination : Cat Lai Port – Vietnam.
• Partial shipment : Not-allowed.
• Trans-shipment : Allowed.
Article 5: Payment
• 100% of this contract shall be settled by T/T 30 days from the date on bill of lading.

required: 1. Signed Commercial Invoice in triplicate.
2. Packing List in triplicate.
3. Bill of Lading marked “Freight Prepaid”: two copies of surrendered bill of
lading.
4. Certificate of Origin issued by the Government approved authority /
organization of exporting country: 01 original & 01 copy.
5. Certificate of Analysis: 1 copy
6. Certificate of Quality: 1 copy.
Note: Third Party’s documents are acceptable.
Article 6: Claim
• The Buyer’s claim, if any, related to the delivered goods, shall be notified to the Seller by
telex/fax within 30 days from the arrival of the goods at destination, and shall be officially and
finally evidenced by a survey report issued by QUATEST- Hochiminh. Beyond the above time -
limit, the Seller shall not accept the Buyer’s claim.
• The Buyer’s claim shall be settled by the Seller within 60 days from the Seller’s receipt of the
claim which has been notified and evidenced properly as above mentioned.

Article 7: Dispute Settlement

All disputes arising in connection with the present contract shall be finally settled under The Rules
of Conciliation and Arbitration of The International Chamber of Commerce by one or more
arbitrators to be appointed in accordance with The Rules.
• Place of arbitration: Hochiminh city, Vietnam.
• Arbitration shall be conducted in English language.
• Any change / amend to this contract shall be in writing (including telex/fax) and subject to
mutual agreement. Such change/amendment shall be an integral part hereof.

Article 8: General condition

• Both sides commit to strictly implement this signed contract.
• During the implementation of this contract, all disputes if any settled in writing. Any amendment
to this contract will be discussed and agreed by both sides and to be confirmed by annex.
• This contract is made out in English, 02 copies 01 for each, and comes into forces since its
signing date.
• This contract terminated on April 30st, 2024.
• Fax contract has the same value as the original one.
