TERM AND CONDITION:
• For bidder:
• Bidder shall pay a deposit of 20% of the total purchase price in US Dollar (“deposit”) during
submi ng tender document, the deposit, if awarded, only be returned a er completed full purchase
payment and collec on of goods within the dura on stated. For unsuccessful bidders, the deposit to
be returned one (1) week a er opening of tender. Bidder may submit the deposit in cheque.
• BIDDER WHO WON THE BID SHALL SIGN THE LETTER OF AWARD (LOA) WITHIN THREE (3) WORKING
DAYS UPON RECEIVED NOTIFICATION FROM BUYER.
• Full purchase price (2,500mts x award price) to be banked in our bank account within three (3)
working days from the date of signing of this le er of award by telegraphic transfer (TT) and will be
forfeited if buyer breaches any term and condi on herein.
• Collec on BY APRIL 2024 and in the even that no collec on was made as above, sellers shall has the
op on to extend the validity or cancel the contract without no ce.

• MOISTURE CONTENT DETERMINATION: -

• the moisture content cer fied by SGS (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd,(company no; 10871-t) (SGS) and/or an
independent interna onal recognised surveyor appointed by SSB shall be final and conclusive and
the analysis cost will be for SSB's account. In the event the cer fica on of moisture confirms that the
goods contain moisture, SSB shall refund to successful bidder a por on of the purchase price by
applying the below calcula on formula:

I) Screening ac vi es in southern steel berhad before loading of the goods by local contractors and II)
Moisture test of the goods by SGS (M) Sdn Bhd
• Buyer is responsible to get ready all necessary import documents require by your country regula ons. and
therea er, SSB shall be en tled to dispose of the goods in any manner SSB deems fit without further reference
to successful bidder

LOADING RATE:
. C.Q.D. without deten on levy on seller. however, seller will try to load 3000 – 4000 mt per WWD.
VESSEL REQUIREMENTS / LOADING CONDITIONS:
. Vessel age maximum 20 years old classed highest lloyds or equivalent (within the classifica on list) with
minimum 20MT SWL crane and/or derricks serving each workable hatch. In case the capacity of vessel's gears are
below the s pulated minimum SWL and not able to carry excavators and/or other discharging equipment into/out
of vessel's holds from/to shore, buyers shall arrange for deployment of shore cranes on 24 hours alongside the
vessel at buyer’s account.
. Buyer / chaterer to ensure that their charter party’s contain a specific rider clause in which vessel's owners
guarantee their compliance with the INTERNATIONAL SAFETY MANAGEMENT (ISM) code whereby owners and/or
operators of vessel are required: (A) to hold a valid document of compliance (doc) and that the relevant vessels
in their ownership and/or under their control, must be required to maintain a safety management cer ficate
(SMC) and (B) to maintain a safety management system (SMS) and ensure that all documents and data rela ng to
the sms be maintained as the safety management manual (SMM).
. The length and width of each hatch of the nominated vessel should not be less than 12 metres. Vessel must
allow equipment such as bulldozer, excavators with magnets/grabs of at least 20 metric ton to work in vessel's
holds to facilitates loading.
. The loading rate shall be a maximum of 3,000 to 4,000 metric ton per PWWD SATSHEX EIU.
