And that we are engaged by M/s LeadSoft Bangladesh Limited, Rupayan Trade Center, 114

upgrade their existing Quality Management System from CMMI-DEV V1.3 to V2.0, and do the
benchmark appraisal for CMMI-DEV v2.0 Level 5 for their organization.
And we are further certifying that the final Benchmark Appraisal for CMMI-DEV v2.0 Maturity
Level 5 has already been planned and is scheduled for completion by October 2022 by a
CMMI® Institute Authorized High Maturity Lead Appraiser sponsored by us, and the results of
the same would be available on the CMMI® Institute’s official web site in due course after
their review and approval.
We are therefore requesting you to please consider this certificate as the proof of continued
implementation of CMMI-DEV v2.0 Level 5 practices at LeadSoft Bangladesh Limited.
